This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Fundraising Executive based at our Noida office. The Senior Fundraising Executive will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing fundraising strategies, engaging with potential donors, and nurturing relationships with existing donors. Responsibilities entail organizing fundraising events, crafting proposals and presentations for fundraising purposes, and evaluating fundraising performance to drive enhancements. The key responsibilities for this role include: - Engaging in daily interactions with donors and fostering a culture of philanthropy in India. - Expanding and maintaining the organization's database of individuals. - Regularly following up with donors and converting them into long-term contributors. - Providing donors with relevant information in a transparent and compelling manner. - Achieving monthly fundraising targets. Desired Candidate Profile: - Previous experience as a tele-caller or in fundraising. - Goal-oriented mindset. - Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. - Proficient in planning and a strong team player. - Possesses a learning attitude with a positive outlook. Location: Noida Income: Ranges between 15000-25000 Fixed + Performance Based Incentives.
