Senior Full Stack Engineer AI & Mobile

Role Overview: You will be a Lead Full Stack + AI Engineer responsible for building entire platforms end-to-end, including web apps, mobile apps, and advanced AI systems. Your role will involve architecting, coding, deploying, automating, and iterating across frontend, backend, mobile, cloud, and AI/ML technologies. You will work on flagship products that require expertise in web development using React + Node.js, Flutter for mobile apps, backend technologies like Node.js/Nest.js or serverless, and full AI stack components such as vision, embeddings, semantic search, and fine-tuning. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and develop end-to-end web apps using React + Node.js - Build and deploy Flutter mobile apps for Android and iOS platforms - Implement and scale AI features like image-to-search product discovery, vector database + embeddings-based recommendations, prompt-driven workflows, and custom image/text processing pipelines - Manage full deployment pipeline including CI/CD, infrastructure, cloud, hosting, and analytics - Integrate 3rd party APIs, create modular APIs, and handle microservices or serverless architectures - Handle complete data workflows from ingestion to transformation to AI indexing - Develop dashboards, role-based permission systems, and real-time UI flows - Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI - Ensure performance optimization, caching, error-handling, logging, and delivery speed - Troubleshoot, optimize, automate, and document processes as needed Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of full stack development experience with technical ownership - Proven track record of building and scaling React/Node.js apps in production environments - Strong experience with Flutter for Android & iOS builds, including deployment edge cases - Demonstrable AI experience with OpenAI/Claude/Gemini integrations, vision models, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search - Deep understanding of backend architecture, APIs, authentication, and tokenization - Proficiency in CI/CD, cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Firebase), and at least one database technology like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or Supabase - Strong Git workflow, testing, debugging skills, and experience in staging/production migration - Excellent communication, self-management, and speed in delivering projects - Ability to manage both MVP builds and scalable infrastructure Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a daily commute to the office in Noida. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role, and candidates from the Delhi/NCR region will be preferred.,
