Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using

    React.js

    and

    Angular

    (frontend).
  • Contribute to backend development using

    Django (Python)

    , designing RESTful APIs and integrating with SQL databases.
  • Participate in system migration from

    Angular React

    (frontend) and collaborate on Django backend enhancements.
  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and client vendor developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks/cards and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a senior resource who can eventually mentor and guide future hires on the project.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on expertise in

    React.js

    and

    Angular

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Python

    and

    Django

    for backend development.
  • Good understanding of

    SQL databases

    and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with

    EFS (Elastic File System)

    and cloud-based storage solutions
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, code reviews, and PR workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Prior experience in application migrations (Angular React) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and lead technical discussions.
  • Leadership/mentorship mindset to grow into a

    senior/manager role

    as the team expands.
