About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in modern web application development using .NET, React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions. This role requires strong full-stack development capabilities, architectural thinking, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
Build production-ready solutions leveraging .NET, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and related frameworks.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.
Translate user stories into well-designed application components and services.
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js, Fastify, and PostgreSQL.
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate technical solutions and business requirements.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and adherence to development best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with architects and technical leads to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
Troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective resolutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, development standards, and engineering best practices.
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.

Expertise You'll Bring:

8-12 years of experience in full-stack application development.
Strong experience in .NET technologies and enterprise application development.
Hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Fastify, and RESTful API development.
Experience working with PostgreSQL databases, query optimization, and database design principles.
Hands-on experience with Redis caching and performance optimization techniques.
Knowledge of Drizzle ORM and modern database access patterns.
Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and architectural best practices.
Experience with application testing, debugging, and quality assurance methodologies.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced development environment.
