About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience who can take complete ownership of application development, system architecture, and end-to-end project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend and backend technologies, database management, API development, and scalable application design. We are looking for a proactive professional who can work independently, take technical decisions, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.

This role requires a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to take projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop robust backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, databases, and third-party services.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Technical Ownership & Leadership

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, features, and technical deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development plans.
• Independently manage tasks from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Make sound technical decisions and proactively identify risks and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and take responsibility for timely resolution.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and support the team in resolving technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.

Backend & API Development

• Develop scalable backend applications using Node.js and suitable backend frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and application security.
• Optimize backend performance, response times, and resource utilization.
• Build reliable systems using appropriate architectural patterns and best practices.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js or similar frameworks.
• Work with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Manage application state, API integrations, and frontend performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and a consistent user experience.

Database Management

• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Work with MongoDB and other relevant SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Ensure data integrity, efficient data retrieval, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve database bottlenecks.

Testing, Deployment & Maintenance

• Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests where appropriate.
• Participate in deployment, monitoring, debugging, and production support.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud or hosting environments.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement reliable solutions.
• Maintain application stability, scalability, security, and availability.

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and React.js or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and database design.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and frontend architecture.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, debugging, and testing.
• Knowledge of authentication, application security, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Understanding of scalable architecture, microservices, and system design.
