Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Were looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is passionate about building scalable, user-centric digital products. You’ll be joining our core development team in Chennai, contributing directly to product architecture, backend APIs, cloud deployment, and dynamic frontend interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js
• Build REST APIs and backend logic with Node.js and integrate with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Architect and deploy scalable microservices on AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Optimise performance, maintain code quality, and write unit/integration tests
• Collaborate with product, design, and strategy teams to deliver impactful features
• Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
• Take ownership of modules and mentor junior developers as the team grows

Required Skills

• 8 – 10 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Comfortable deploying and managing apps on AWS Cloud
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Familiar with Git workflows, Agile/Scrum, and collaborative development tools

Good to Have

• Experience with serverless functions, GraphQL, or Docker
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or similar UI frameworks
• Background in building platforms with ethical, educational, or community impact
• Familiarity with startup dynamics and cross-functional team collaboration
