Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Company: AV Technosys Location: Onsite – Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 4 – 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications. Lead full-stack development tasks from conception to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose new tools/processes for continuous improvement. Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular . Solid experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js , or Python/Django . Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with RESTful APIs , Microservices architecture , and Git . Knowledge of DevOps tools , CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure) is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4 to 5 years of relevant development experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
