Senior Frontend Flutter Developer (Web & Mobile)

As a Front-End Developer at JS TechAlliance Consulting Private Limited, you will have the following responsibilities: - Lead the development of web and mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a seamless user experience. - Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing applications. - Architect, design, and implement scalable front-end solutions optimized for both mobile and web platforms. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining high-quality code standards. - Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, adhering to best practices for web and mobile app development. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure smooth app functionality across different devices and screen sizes. - Implement state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.) to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases. - Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end components. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter, Dart, and front-end development to enhance application performance and user experience. - Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices. The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter for web and mobile applications. - Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with experience in building responsive and adaptive UI for various screen sizes. - Expertise in integrating APIs, handling asynchronous programming, and managing application states efficiently. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX principles. - Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend services is a plus. - Knowledge of deployment processes for both web and mobile platforms (App Store, Play Store, and web hosting services). - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. - A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies in front-end and mobile development.
