Senior Frontend Engineer (Creator Team)

You are a talented and motivated senior Front-End Web Developer with a strong foundation in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. You have a passion for creating visually appealing and highly functional web applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement front-end solutions for a diverse range of projects. As a senior Front-End Web Developer, your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. You will be translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Collaboration with back-end developers and other team members is essential to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance user experience. Implementing performant code to ensure the product works across devices of various capacities, writing clean, scalable, and documented code with an emphasis on maintainability, debugging and troubleshooting layout and scripting issues across a variety of browsers, and participating in code reviews and contributing to team knowledge sharing are also part of your responsibilities. The required skills for this role include strong experience with React and TypeScript, experience with any modern state management library (Zustand preferred), strong experience with single-page applications (SPA) and state management, experience with a CSS-in-JS framework for styling, knowledge of front-end build pipelines and tools, understanding of general linear algebra and its application in graphics and animations, experience with GraphQL APIs and asynchronous request handling, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, experience with maintaining or deploying libraries or plugins, and frontend testing experience. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience, along with 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development and demonstrable experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience working with canvas-based environments such as ThreeJs, familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure, and experience with Rust.
