As a Senior Frontend Developer specializing in React.js and Next.js at Mintrix, an AI-powered SaaS EdTech startup, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain cutting-edge web applications with responsive, mobile-first designs using modern technologies. You will collaborate closely with product and backend teams to integrate AI-driven features, real-time data updates, and interactive visualizations seamlessly. Your role will involve building responsive dashboards, dynamic chatbot interfaces, and pixel-perfect components based on UI/UX designs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain React/Next.js web applications with responsive, mobile-first designs. - Build modern dashboards and Chatbot UIs with micro-animation, smooth transitions, and interactive elements for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. - Implement state management using Redux, React Context, and hooks for handling complex workflows. - Integrate REST APIs and WebSocket endpoints with backend systems for real-time data updates. - Collaborate with backend and AI teams to implement RAG-based chatbots and AI agents. - Create pixel-perfect components based on UI/UX designs from Figma/Adobe XD. - Optimize UI performance for consistent cross-browser and cross-device behavior. - Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code using component-based design architecture. - Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and team standups. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3-5 years of frontend development experience with React.js and Next.js. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Django templates. - Experience with REST APIs, WebSocket integration, and asynchronous data handling. - Familiarity with Python/Django/FastAPI and AI integration workflows. - Understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization. - Proficiency in version control, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodology. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience building chatbot UIs, AI-powered dashboards, or real-time analytics tools. - Knowledge of micro-animations, motion libraries (Framer Motion), and interactive visualizations. - Familiarity with Figma, UI/UX research, and Design. - Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS frontend architectures. - Strong UI/UX sensibilities and experience collaborating with designers. - Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
