Medall Healthcare Pvt. Ltd (MEDALL) is South India's largest chain of medical diagnostic services providers. Established to meet the need for holistic diagnostic services, Medall offers an array of Pathology tests and Radiology Imaging. Our aim is to provide the Indian population with increased access to first-level and standardized healthcare services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysore for a Senior Franchise Sales and Operations Executive. The individual in this role will oversee daily sales operations, manage franchise relationships, develop sales strategies, and ensure superior customer service. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, formulating sales plans, training franchisees, and monitoring performance metrics.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and ability to conduct market analysis
Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service experience
Proven Sales Operations experience
Strong Sales skills and the capacity to develop sales strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
