Senior Flutter Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Flutter Developer at Logixal, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing business and technical IT solutions using the Flutter, Dart, and JavaScript tech stack. Your role will involve creating cross-platform mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, and optimizing application performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications (Android, iOS, Web, etc.) using Flutter and Dart. - Implement responsive and adaptive user interfaces for seamless user experiences across different devices and screen sizes. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to optimize application performance. - Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality Flutter code. - Integrate third-party APIs, services, and libraries for seamless backend communication. - Ensure smooth functioning of applications across multiple platforms and manage platform-specific requirements. - Publish and maintain applications on various distribution platforms such as App Store and Google Play Store. - Apply strong object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and coding standards. - Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and managers, providing regular updates on progress and addressing issues promptly. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Flutter and Dart development. - Proven expertise in building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. - Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns. - Familiarity with coding best practices and performance optimization techniques. - Experience in integrating APIs and working with backend systems. - Exposure to eCommerce, Retail, Digital Applications, or Digital Banking domains is desirable. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (Master's preferred). - Proficiency in SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to lead teams, influence decision-making, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset. - Strong customer orientation and visionary thinking.,
