Job Purpose: Drive life insurance sales by building and managing client relationships, maximizing lead conversion, and achieving business targets through cross-selling, renewals, and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets for life insurance by engaging with prospective customers. Understand customer needs and offer suitable life insurance products (cross-sell & upsell). Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and customer satisfaction. Utilize daily provided leads effectively to maximize business opportunities. Maintain accurate customer data and update systems regularly. Achieve weekly goal sheets and participate in sales contests. Ensure strong product mix, persistency, and high lead conversion rates. Operate with focus on cost-effectiveness and quality business. Note: This is a Walk-in Drive opportunity (offline interview)
