You will play the role of leading and mentoring a team of FP&A professionals, providing financial leadership and strategic insights to senior management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of long-term financial plans, managing budgets, and providing insightful financial analysis for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of FP&A professionals. - Develop and maintain long-term financial plans and forecasts. - Manage the annual budgeting process. - Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management. - Develop and maintain financial models and reporting systems. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
