Senior Financial Administrator

As a team member in this role, you will be working within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies. Your tasks will involve using simple judgment and defined procedures in straightforward situations, ensuring accuracy in the tasks performed. You will have a small but direct impact on your team. Regular exchange of information with others in the organization and customers will be a key part of your communication, primarily focused on the transfer and receiving of factual information. In this position, you will be responsible for undertaking basic tasks and processes in your area of expertise. Your knowledge and experience will be gained through some formal training, supported by on-the-job experience with a moderate degree of supervision. Having previous relevant work experience or basic qualifications will be beneficial for this role. Additionally, you will act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience, guiding and supporting junior team members. You may also assist in their formal orientation and training. As a team leader, you may allocate and coordinate work, as well as check on completion and quality.
