Senior Finance Accountant

As an experienced Accountant, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure smooth financial operations. Your duties will include: - **Accounts Reconciliation:** - Perform regular reconciliation of debtors and creditors. - **GST Compliance:** - Conduct GST Input reconciliation (GST 2B Reco). - File GST returns GSTR 3B and GSTR 1. - **TDS Management:** - Calculate and timely file TDS returns. - **E-Way Bill Management:** - Generate and document e-way bills for relevant transactions. - **Inventory Accounting:** - Assist in managing inventory records in the book of accounts. - Coordinate with production and warehousing teams for accurate stock reporting. - **Export Documentation:** - Manage and prepare all necessary documentation for export transactions. - **Bank Loan Compliance:** - Handle documentation and compliance requirements related to existing and new bank loans. - **General Accounting:** - Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records. - Support monthly and annual closing activities. - Assist with audits and financial reporting. - **Monthly MIS Reporting** **Key Requirements:** - Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or export-focused setup. - In-depth understanding of stock management and inventory processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). - Hands-on experience with Busy Accounting Software is a must. - Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws (GST, TDS) and statutory filing processes. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** - B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or equivalent degree in accounting or finance. - Experience working in the apparel or textile manufacturing sector is a strong plus. This is a full-time position that requires hands-on experience in GST Compliance, TDS, E-way bill management, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software.
