About the Role

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join the Sales & Marketing team at MakeO (toothsi).

The role focuses on field marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue generation by promoting the company's products and services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, building customer relationships, and converting business opportunities into sales.

This is a field-based role that requires daily market visits and travel within the assigned location of Vasai–Virar, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through field marketing, direct customer interactions, and local market outreach.
• Identify potential customers and create awareness about MakeO (toothsi) products and services.
• Visit residential societies, commercial areas, local markets, and other potential customer zones to generate business opportunities.
• Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and explain product benefits.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely conversion of leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation, sales, and revenue targets.
• Explore new markets and identify opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with the central sales and operations teams for lead management and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records, lead details, and daily activity reports using CRM applications or mobile tools.
• Monitor local market activities and implement effective field marketing strategies to improve business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, field marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, or B2C sales preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, wellness, beauty, or consumer-facing industries will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to generate leads and convert them into revenue.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Vasai–Virar and nearby assigned areas.
• Personal bike and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of CRM applications, mobile tools, and reporting processes.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule

• Work Location: Vasai–Virar, Mumbai.
• Role Type: Full-time, field-based.
• Daily market visits, customer interactions, and lead generation activities.
• Regular follow-ups and reporting on leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Working hours and weekly offs as per company policy.

Compensation
