Senior Experience Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Experience Technologist at Publicis Sapient, you will be an integral part of an agile team, collaborating with passionate and talented individuals to create innovative solutions for clients. Your main focus will be on developing interactive web-based, mobile, and desktop applications using Sapient and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business analysts, technical architects, and clients to design technical end-to-end solutions for stories - Implement stories end-to-end, including Frontend, Backends for Frontend (BFF), Caching, and service orchestration using best engineering practices - Automate testing at unit, module, and integration levels using relevant tools - Focus on quality by implementing best practices like logging, technical debt management, and meeting KPIs - Mentor junior engineers in code review and technical decision making Qualifications: - 4 to 6 years of experience in Frontend Technologies - Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript - Experience in Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS) and building complex interactive experiences - Understanding of React.js, SPA, Flux architecture, and Webpack bundler - Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and Frontend Performance Optimization - Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and responsive/adaptive website development Set Yourself Apart With: - Experience with relational and non-relational databases - Knowledge of GraphQL, Functional Programming, and client-side templating languages - Experience with frontend build systems, server-side JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, and Microservices - Understanding of DevOps pipeline and configuration of build tools like Webpack Qualification Required: - Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent education covering Math, Algorithms, Data Structures, Networking, Databases, Operating Systems, Graphics Additional Information: Publicis Sapient is a digital transformation partner that helps organizations transition to a digitally enabled state.
