Responsibilities:Client Engagement:Act as a key point of contact for potential clients during the pre-sales phase.Engage with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and business objectives.Product/Service Understanding:Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.Proposal Development:Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling and customized proposals.Ensure that proposals address client needs and align with the company's value proposition.Presentation Preparation:Assist in the creation of presentations for client meetings and product/service demonstrations.Work closely with the marketing and product teams to gather relevant information.Client Needs Assessment:Conduct needs assessments to identify specific client requirements and pain points.Translate client needs into actionable insights for the sales and product development teams.Collaboration with Sales Team:Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary pre-sales support.Participate in meetings and calls with potential clients alongside the sales representatives.Competitor Analysis:Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.Provide recommendations on positioning our products/services effectively.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities and client interactions.Generate regular reports on pre-sales performance and activities.
