Job Description

Ensures adherence of the Operational & Process related controls, compliance for service delivery requirements, Client contractual terms, policies, rules and procedures in Client area
Coordinate & support compliance activities in client area
Conduct periodic, testing of process controls, service delivery compliance reviews/ audits
Monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of operations with other enabling departments/compliance teams
Act as an independent reviewer and evaluation body to ensure that compliance Issues/concerns within client area are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested,
