For more information please visit our website - https://www.peoplefy.com/ Work Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Note - This is an internal role at Peoplefy ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for product engineering and, ensuring the attraction of high-quality candidates.  Contribute in recruiting for product engineering.  Possess a strong understanding of product engineering principles, relevant technologies, and typical role requirements.  Recruit talent specifically for SaaS, or product development companies, leveraging industry knowledge to identify the best-fit candidates.  Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to gain a thorough understanding of role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly  Identify and implement the most effective sourcing and recruitment methods to attract top-tier candidates.  Conduct sourcing activities across multiple platforms, including job portals, LinkedIn, and proprietary databases.  Perform comprehensive screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.  Maintain accurate and timely MIS reports on candidate submissions, interview progress, and hiring outcomes.  Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by managing communication and engagement at every stage of the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding. Pre-Requisites  Strong technical understanding & recruitment expertise in Product Engineer.  Proficient in using various recruitment portals, job boards, and hiring platforms to source and attract candidates.  Dynamic, self-motivated, and proactive individual with a strong drive for results.  Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all recruitment activities.  Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets and earn performance-based incentives.
