Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Order management PO consolidation for assigned portals, processing the orders in SAP, taking appointment with assigned portals, getting the invoices from respective CFAs, consolidating the delivery PODs & Maintaining PO Tracker 2. Claim management Getting Monthly discount claims & marketing claims from respective KAMs. Getting it processed & follow-up with internal stakeholders like finance team. Timely creation of PRPO 3. Customer relationship As a face of organization demonstrate exceptional relationships with external stakeholders (platform ops team, DBs, ISMs) 4. Financial hygiene Ensuring the overdue is zero, Follow-up for payments to receive from DB/ Portal in coordination with finance and KAMs 5. MIS – SKU Level daily sales file, monthly reports like primary sales, secondary sales. Keeping Portal wise SKU wise price files repository and other adhoc reports as per requirement. 6. Incentive management –prepare incentive file for KAMs & E.com executives. To be done once in a quarter. 7. Forecast management –Prepare monthly stock forecast for next 3 months with 90% + accuracy within given time 8. Growth mindset – Should have rigor to help KAMs achieve numbers and support the business goals 9. In stock excellence–coordinating with CFA & SCM & Planning team to make sure that stock is available in the CFA as per the POs received. OTIF is to be ensured. 10. Tracking excess stock at DB’s and highlighting the same. Keeping track of RTVs from portal / DB and ensuring CN’s are shared for the same. 11. Coordinating with internal stakeholder for New Vendor on-boarding process. 12. Any other ad hoc operational/ hygiene to be taken up as and when required Preferred candidate profile Experience of 3-5 year as E.com executive. Well versed with platform/portal and ecommerce ecosystem. System requirement-Hands on with excel and SAP. Ability to manage multiple portals and stakeholders both internal and external Competence in documentation and report making Ability to meet timelines for processing orders
