Senior Executive, Direct Tax

Role Overview: You will be specializing in Tax Compliance work, focusing on both domestic and international tax regulations. Your responsibilities will include preparing data for Transfer Pricing Audit, working with tax auditors, acquiring vital information for Advance Tax computation, and reconciling TDS recovery on expenses for tax audit purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare data for Transfer Pricing Audit for related party transactions - Work with tax auditors to close yearly Tax audit and Transfer Pricing Audit - Acquire vital information from departments for Advance Tax computation - Reconcile TDS recovery on expenses for tax audit purposes Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in Direct Taxation - Validate information before filing tax returns for SGRE entities - File quarterly withholding tax returns and update defaults on the tax portal - Obtain withholding tax certificates from the portal for vendors and transmit them - Create vendor codes, purchase orders, and GRN for tax service providers - Prepare details for Income tax and withholding tax assessments - Assist in filing income tax and tax audit related returns About the Company: Siemens Gamesa, a part of Siemens Energy, is a global leader in energy technology with a legacy of innovation spanning over 150 years.
