Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing email analysis and support, performing data entry for efficient reporting, and assisting with client-specific tasks such as cancellation and issuance of remediation refunds. Your role will involve utilizing your email writing skills to deliver high-quality support to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing and responding to emails from clients - Performing data entry tasks to ensure accurate and efficient reporting - Assisting with client-specific tasks, such as processing cancellations and issuing remediation refunds - Utilizing your email writing skills to provide effective support to clients Qualifications Required: - Candidates with up to 24 months of experience in any customer service role in a BPO/Non-BPO setting, preferably from an insurance background - Any graduates are eligible for consideration for this role - Candidates with prior experience in email writing support will be preferred Additional Details: The CEF criteria for this role are B2-C2 level proficiency in English.
