Senior Executive - Application Support Engineer

Role Overview: At MCX, we are looking for a Technology - Senior Executive - Application Support Engineer based in Mumbai. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in understanding the application deployment, ensuring smooth communication between services, and maintaining the core database tables. Your responsibilities will include deploying services in multiple environments, monitoring services daily, and automating tasks through scripting. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the application deployment, service communication, and database core tables. - Identify common failure points, provide solutions, and create documentation/FAQs for issue resolution. - Deploy services in various environments like UAT and Pre-Production, along with setting up new environments. - Monitor services daily, promptly report any issues to the Single Points of Contact (SPOCs). - Execute End of Day and Start of Day processes, ensuring the readiness of UAT and Pre-Production systems for daily operations. - Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance efficiency.
