Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Engineering Lab

As a Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager, you will lead the Engineering LAB, ensuring testing of key functionality and safety, compliance with technical standards (internal/external), and providing improvement proposals. As a member of the Laboratory team, you will contribute to the NPD (New Product Development) process by collaborating within a multi-functional team to explore new technologies, technical solutions, or functionalities applicable in daily life appliances. Your responsibilities in this role will include conducting advanced laboratory tests and procedures, managing experiments to maintain high research quality standards, analyzing data and effectively communicating results, ensuring equipment maintenance and safety protocols alignment, overseeing daily lab operations for efficiency, planning, monitoring and controlling work to meet deadlines, supervising lab supply inventory, providing input for improving laboratory procedures, maintaining data associated with sample submissions and procedures, and validating specifications for thermal and electrical safety, energy consumption, noise, feature performance, environmental impact, product reliability, component performance, and materials cleanliness. To excel in this role, you will need a University Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Automation, Energetic, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, with a preference for a Master's Degree or equivalent experience. Additionally, 7 to 10 years of previous laboratory engineering experience in medium-large companies or analysis laboratories is required. Proficiency in English, a passion for testing and analyzing new products, manual skills, accuracy, proactivity, problem-solving abilities, and availability to travel are essential.
