Senior Engineer/AM Quality For JV Com- Bharat Innovation Glass Tech

This Position focuses on ensuring cosmetics meet safety, efficacy, and aesthetic standards. This role also ensures laboratory processes and products meet strict standards, including ISO and regulatory requirements

• Key duties include conducting lab tests, calibrating equipments, analyzing lab reports, performing quality assurance checks, monitoring manufacturing processes, managing regulatory compliance, and collaborating with R&D and production teams to ensure product compliance, safety, and accuracy.
• Responsible for performing laboratory tests, microbial analysis, and other quality assurance checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensuring that products meet defined quality, safety, and efficacy standards through monitoring and inspection.
• Adhering to industry regulations, safety protocols, and relevant standards.
• Responsible for Assessing product attributes like color, texture, consistency, and fragrance to meet consumer expectations.
• Working with R&D, production, and packaging departments to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Responsible for conducting routine and complex tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Responsible to perform routine maintenance, verification, and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results and prevent failures.
• Responsible for maintaining accurately document all test results, maintain laboratory records, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to meet regulatory standards, such as ISO and Good Laboratory Practices.
• To Work with other departments, such as production and maintenance, to communicate test results and provide feedback on quality matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 - 8 years of overall experience in process quality with BE/ 7 to 10 years' experience in process QA with Diploma
• Experience in establishing systems for cosmetic and lab QA activities.
• Experience in implementing various quality standards like ISO 9000/IATF and IMS.
• Successful and proven supervisory experience manufacturing plant.
• Person from automotive/ Glass or EMS industry.
