About the Role

• To conduct PPAP of all existing model components at present suppliers
• In Parallel, need based, to conduct PPAP of new components/new supplier
• Educate suppliers for Quality core tools like, PPAP, FMEA,MSA,SPC & APQP

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Conduct PPAP for all existing components of all 4 Hyva plants
• Educate & train Supplier Management ( If needed ) for 5 core tools of IATF 16949 i.e. PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC & APQP
• Resolve dimensional /process/product issues surfaced out during PPAP supporting Supplier with knowledge source, whenever needed
• Support internal SQ&D Team for PPAP of new components whenever need is there.
• Certified VDA 6.3 auditor will be added adavantage

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• B.E ( Mechanical) with 3-4 years of experience or Diploma Engineer (Mechanical) with 4-5
  years of experience in similar industries
• Hands on Experience in doing internal and supplier PPAP
• Exposure to IATF 16949, especially to 5 core tools i.e. PPAP, FMEA,SPC,MSA & SPC
• Thorough understanding on all topics of PPAP
• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 system
• Hands on experience of doing inspection using different measuring instruments, gauges & inspection by first principle.
• Should be able to understand & do castings/Forging layouts
• Good in understanding & using GD&T principle
• Should have done PPAP of fabricated items & related assemblies
• Excellent academic credentials & from reputed Engineering college
• Exposure to inspection Casting /forgings, Plasticparts knowledge can be added advantage
• Should have handled similar portfolio in previous industry
• Proficient in QC tools
