Senior Engineer ReactJS

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Web development using ReactJS. Your role as a senior engineer will require a thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles, including Virtual DOM, JSX, and Components. You should have experience with popular ReactJS workflows such as Flux or Redux. Your expertise should extend to web and JavaScript technologies, encompassing HTML/XHTML, XML, JSON, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, AJAX, DOM, and version control systems like git and Visual Code. A strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model, is essential. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript and RESTful APIs is expected. Knowledge and experience with NextJS, unit testing tools like Jest, and troubleshooting JavaScript code using IDEs and browser tools are required. You should understand the impacts of performance-based designs, accessibility standards, and security compliance in development. Your responsibilities will include managing tasks in a sprint, reviewing the code of junior team members, and ensuring the quality of code. You will be responsible for writing clean, well-designed code, understanding user stories, translating them into technical specifications, and converting them into working code. Following a modern agile-based development process, including TDD-based unit testing, is crucial. You must troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases to ensure optimization and functionality. Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, following technology best practices, and developing and deploying new features are part of your duties. You are expected to adhere to ISMS policies and procedures. Additionally, you will participate in the full product development cycle, including brainstorming, release planning, implementing and iterating on code, coordinating with internal and external clients, internal code and design reviews, MVP and production releases, quality assurance, and product support.
