Senior Engineer Product Design & Development (Creo)

As a Mechanical Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Generating concept designs based on functional and customer requirements. - Providing engineering support for the design, development, and optimization of products. - Designing Splashguard covers with considerations for aesthetics, reliability, serviceability, and cost. - Designing Control panels and Operator panels with a focus on user-friendliness and operator safety. - Selecting/Designing Cross covers, Lamella covers, Telescopic covers, Auto doors, and Wipers. - Executing engineering design changes following change management processes. - Ensuring qualitative support in product development activities is delivered on time. - Delivering quality output according to customer standard requirements. - Assisting the assembly department with procedural machine building activities. - Resolving customer complaints by studying and analyzing the root cause. Qualification Required: - BE in Mechanical or Equivalent. Must Have Competencies: - 4 years of experience using PTC Creo. - Design calculation and Material selection. - GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up analysis. - Design of machine elements like bearings, gears, pulleys, springs, seals, etc. Preferred Competencies: - DFMEA (Part & Assembly level). - Design for Excellence (DFX) guidelines. - Experience in Machine design.
