Role Overview

The Senior Engineer MEP Services will oversee the planning, execution, and quality assurance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, with Purti Realty. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination ability with consultants, contractors, and site teams, and adherence to project timelines and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage MEP services execution for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate design reviews with consultants, architects, and internal engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and vendor evaluations for MEP packages.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Oversee contractors performance, resource deployment, and safety compliance at site.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure quality and adherence to approved drawings.
• Support project budgeting, cost estimation, and value engineering initiatives.
• Liaise with local authorities for service clearances and approvals.
• Maintain complete documentation for audits and handover.

Qualification & Experience

• Education:

  B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Exceptional Diploma holders may be considered.

• Experience:

  5-12 years in MEP services within real estate or large construction projects.

• Preferred Exposure:

  High-rise residential / commercial / hospitality developments and integrated MEP coordination.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MEP design review tools.
• Excellent vendor management and project coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills.

Compensation Range
