✔ Supervise & execute finishing works (plaster, painting, flooring, false ceiling, joinery, etc.)
✔ Monitor quality and workmanship to meet project standards
✔ Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams for timely completion
✔ Ensure compliance with safety and project specifications
✔ Conduct inspections, snagging, and handover preparation
🎓 Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
🛠 3–7 years of experience in finishing works (residential/commercial/high-rise preferred)
📐 Strong knowledge of construction drawings & finishing standards
💡 Eye for detail, quality control, and problem-solving skills
