Senior Engineer - Fullstack

As a Full Stack Engineer with at least 7 years of experience, you will work with a team of engineers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying a variety of products on web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will include independently designing, coding, and testing complex features, as well as leading and mentoring other engineers to help build engineering teams. You will drive technology and product innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development, serving as a technical subject matter expert representing both internal and external platform capabilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in developing customer-facing experiences, strong technical abilities, excellent project execution skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. You should be well-versed in working with UI frameworks such as ReactJS, Node, Ajax, building scalable micro-services/API-based platforms, and developing RESTful and GraphQL Web Services. Additionally, you should have experience with TDD, unit testing frameworks like Junit/TestNG, and writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices. Your day-to-day activities will involve leading complex architectural discussions, identifying product/functionality gaps, driving integration efforts, ensuring engineering excellency through CI/CD, proactively troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining code compatibility through writing tests. You will also be expected to stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies, participate in Agile development processes, and mentor junior engineers to foster their professional growth and development.
