Epitome Components Pvt Ltd has urgent openings for

1) Senior Engineer - CNC Routing Department

Location: Supa (Ahmednagar, Maharashtra) Qualification: Diploma/BE Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of CNC, VMC operating, and setting.
• Troubleshooting Knowledge of CNC and VMC M/c.• Programming Knowledge of CNC and VMC machines.• Responsible for the Daily Production team meeting.• Rejection control & Why Why Why analysis.• Handle rejection analysis through 8D method & take appropriate CAPA• Monitor production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.• Cycle Time Reduce.• 4M analysis to support the high line efficiency• Manpower Handling.• Material Planning according to the customer schedule.• Knowledge calculation OOE.• Repair &Maintenance of CNC machines• Experience in CNC maintenance with troubleshooting and repair skills• Repair and maintain CNC machines, including spindles and axis movement systems• perform regular maintenance and record keeping• which includes CNC high-speed spindles• Axis movement systems, Regular maintenance like lubrication, cleaning, etc• Record keeping of maintenance &repairs carried out. Troubleshooting electronic &electrical problems

Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines and hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
