Senior Engineer /Engineer -PHE(Plumbing)

Dear candidates,

We are looking for Senior Engineer /Engineer -PHE(Plumbing)

• Perform

  water supply calculations

  and design layouts as per applicable codes and standards.
• Calculate

  drainage requirements

  and prepare detailed drainage system layouts.
• Design

  rainwater harvesting and management systems

  in line with local authority regulations.
• Select and design

  sanitary fixtures and accessories

  based on project specifications.
• Prepare

  sanction drawings and documentation

  for statutory approvals (e.g., PCB, BWSSB, MOEF).
• Develop

  schematic diagrams

  for water supply, drainage, and rainwater systems.
• Design

  solid waste management systems

  for residential and commercial projects.
• Plan and design

  LPG/CNG distribution systems

  as per safety norms.
• Prepare

  coordination layouts

  integrating plumbing with other MEP services.
• Ensure compliance with

  NBC 2016 (Part 9), UPC-I, SP 35

  , and other relevant codes.
• Work proficiently with

  AutoCAD, Revit, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

  for design and documentation.
• Understand

  MEP services at a macro level

  to ensure seamless interdisciplinary coordination.
• Prepare

  tender drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs

  for project bidding and execution.
• Willingness to work

  extended hours

  when project timelines demand.

Knowledge Required:

• Strong understanding of statutory codes and authority submission processes.
• Proficiency in design software and documentation tools

Skills Required:

• Knowledge on Auto Cad, REVIT, MS office (Excel, Word & Power Point etc.).
• Excellent in speaking and writing in English and religion language

Qualification

Experience:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in plumbing and PHE design.
• Candidates with experience with architect/ developer/project management consultancy/MEPF Design firm / MEP Contracting firm /Building Information Organisation Will be highly preferred
