Your Task

• Planning, managing, and overseeing all elements of production in the facility.
• Ensure efficient and effective production processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously finding ways to improve production efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain production documentation and procedures.
• Train and mentor production staff to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Implementing and enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.
• Working with other engineers and management to develop budgets, cost analysis, and cost control.
• Analysis of the data found in charts, graphs and so forth
• Analysis of operational issues
• Providing your team with technical support and training
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering.
• 5-10 Years of Industrial Experience in Wind Industries.
