Senior Duty Registrar

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Duty Registrar with strong clinical acumen and the ability to respond to medical emergencies efficiently. The candidate should be confident in managing ICU/CCU patients and handling critical situations with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and manage all emergency and ICU/CCU cases promptly.
• Coordinate patient care with consultants and the critical care team.
• Perform clinical assessments, order investigations, and initiate treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and provide timely updates to the medical team.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior medical staff on duty.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: MBBS or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in ICU/CCU or Emergency Medicine.
• License: Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC) registration number is mandatory.

Strong decision-making and emergency response skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in managing ventilated and critically ill patients.
