Senior Dot Net Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in project meetings with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Provide technical solutions and address queries raised by clients and team members. • Architect full-stack solutions using best practices in OOP, design patterns, and modern web frameworks.
• Ensure delivery of quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement front-end interfaces that are functional and user-friendly.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to developers, ensuring best coding practices and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, including integration, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Remain up-to-date with emerging tools and technologies and drive their adoption within the team.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational IT policies including security, confidentiality, and behavioural guidelines.

Technical Skills Required: Back-End Capabilities:

• Strong experience in ASP.NET, C#, LINQ, Windows Services, Web API/RESTful Services • Expertise in OOP, algorithms, and scalable application architecture
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, relational database design, and database performance tuning
• Working knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus
• Familiarity with source control systems like TFS, SVN, and Git Front-End Capabilities: • Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap for creating interactive, user-friendly web interfaces and modern frameworks (experience in Angular, React, or Vue is a plus)
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience in integrating front-end UI with backend services securely and efficiently
• Ability to collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications
• Working knowledge on cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, AWS are essential.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control and DevOps practices for automated deployment and testing.

• Expertise in Microsoft SQL server, including database design, normalization and performance tuning. Familiarity with No SQL databases and general database management practices.
