Role Overview:

As a strategic leader, you will spearhead the transformation of Technology development approach, driving innovation and continuous improvement across our product portfolio. You will lead large, complex projects, influence technology decisions, and foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and excellence. Your expertise will enable us to leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to deliver scalable, impactful solutions that reduce costs, accelerate delivery, and simplify our technical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple high-impact product development teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and best practices.
• Influence architecture and technology decisions for complex products, implementing innovative solutions that leverage AI, automation, and emerging tech.
• Drive continuous improvement by establishing and refining development processes, promoting best-in-class practices, and integrating feedback for ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder engagement
• Oversee project planning, scope definition, progress tracking, and risk management, escalating issues proactively.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and agility.
• Establish KPIs to measure success, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, championing their adoption to maintain competitive advantage.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives, ensuring team growth aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven 20+ years of experience (minimum 12 months as Director/Senior Director or equivalent) leading large-scale, complex product teams.
• Strong technical expertise in software development, architecture, and modern tech stacks, including AI and automation tools. Deep Technical Expertise & Modern Tech Stacks:
• Passionate about leveraging GenAI to unlock efficiencies , enable smarter decisions and reimagine on how technology serves people.
• Proficient in defining technology / products roadmaps, conducting architecture & technical evaluations of projects
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives, fostering innovation, and managing change. Formal qualification in Scaled Agile Delivery desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and talent development skills.
• Experience in performance monitoring, budget management, and process optimization.
• Passion for mentoring, fostering a positive culture, and driving continuous improvement. Coaching qualifications desirable.
