Senior Digital Project Manager (ServiceNow)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting digital projects to deliver IT implementation projects and IT improvement projects based on a large and complex Service Now Environment in a multi-national context. As a Project Manager, you will orchestrate the preparation, planning, managing, and maintaining of IT projects for the business units. Your experience with ServiceNow Projects delivery will be crucial in this role. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing large-scale IT Projects, operations, transitions, and transformation projects in an outsourced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage digital projects to deliver IT implementation and IT improvement projects. - Orchestrate the preparation, planning, managing, and maintaining of IT projects for business units. - Utilize your experience with ServiceNow Projects delivery to drive successful outcomes. - Manage large-scale IT Projects, operations, transitions, and transformation projects in an outsourced environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, with 10+ years of experience or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3+ years in planning, designing, and implementing IT project delivery. - Proven experience in managing Service Now Projects. - Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, privacy, and/or information protection-related functions. - Knowledge of Service Now modules would be an added advantage. - PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
