Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Digital Branding & Campaign Execution Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital branding strategies that elevate the brands identity and differentiate it from competitors. Assist in crafting and executing integrated digital campaigns (social media, email, website, SEO, PPC) that build brand awareness and drive engagement. Conduct regular brand audits across digital channels to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity. Support the development and execution of brand storytelling initiatives to connect with target audiences emotionally and authentically. Content Development & Management Create and manage engaging, brand-aligned content across digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, videos, infographics, and newsletters. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing assets that reflect the brand’s personality and positioning. Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and optimized for digital channels. Update and maintain the content calendar , ensuring all campaigns and brand initiatives are delivered on time. Brand Consistency & Guidelines Act as a brand steward, ensuring all digital content adheres to brand guidelines and standards. Work with designer to maintain consistency in visual branding (fonts, colours, imagery) across digital assets. Assist in updating and maintaining the brand style guide, including messaging frameworks and tone of voice. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Track and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others. Evaluate brand engagement metrics (reach, impressions, shares, sentiment) and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to optimize branding campaigns and enhance audience engagement. Community & Social Engagement Manage the brand’s presence across social media platforms, ensuring all content resonates with the brand’s target audience. Engage with online communities, responding to queries, and fostering positive relationships to strengthen brand affinity. Identify trends and emerging conversations that align with the brand’s positioning and values. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with internal teams (creative, product, sales) to ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all digital touch points. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to produce high-quality brand assets and ensure deliverables align with brand standards. Contribute to cross-functional brainstorming sessions to develop innovative branding ideas and digital strategies. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Stay updated with industry trends, digital best practices, and competitor activities to identify branding opportunities. Conduct market and audience research to inform digital branding decisions and tailor messaging to audience needs. Campaign Innovation & Testing Support the testing of new digital branding formats, including interactive content, influencer partnerships, and video campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and test hypotheses to refine and improve future digital branding efforts.
