As a creative designer in Nashik, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across various digital marketing channels, such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads. Maintaining brand consistency and compliance will be a key aspect of your role, where you will ensure that all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines in terms of tone, style, and messaging. You will also need to review and refine designs based on feedback while upholding brand integrity. Collaboration and communication are essential skills for this position, as you will work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and web developers to ensure a cohesive approach to campaigns. Participating in brainstorming sessions, providing clear communication regarding project timelines, revisions, and deliverables will be crucial. Managing multiple design and video projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and delivering final assets on time without compromising quality will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also need to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative outputs and suggest improvements in the design and video production processes. Client satisfaction and feedback management are key components of the role, where you will work on client revisions and feedback with a positive attitude, ensuring all creative outputs meet client expectations and contribute to the success of their marketing objectives. Maintaining an organized library of digital assets and ensuring proper version control and file management will also be important. Analyzing the effectiveness of design and video content based on engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future projects, and reporting on project outcomes will help demonstrate the impact of your creative work. Continuous learning and professional development are encouraged, and you are expected to stay updated with the latest design software, video editing tools, and digital marketing trends.
