Senior Device Repair Technician

We are opening a premium Apple+Multibrand Mobile & Laptop Repair Centre in Raipur. We require 2 senior technicians with strong and mandatory experience in Apple device repairs.

Number of Positions- 2

Required Technical Skills (Mandatory):

1. 3–6 years hands-on experience in mobile & laptop repair (all brands)

2. Mandatory Apple device repair expertise: iPhone (all series), MacBook Air/Pro, iPad

3. Apple logic board / motherboard diagnostics

4. Strong multibrand repair capability: Samsung, Redmi, Realme, OnePlus, Vivo, Oppo

5. Windows laptops (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer)

6. Advanced repair capability: Soldering, micro-soldering, SMD rework, BGA rework (preferred)

7. Liquid damage repair

8. Charging IC/PMIC troubleshooting

9. BIOS flashing

10. Skilled with tools: Multimeter, DC power supply, Microscope, UV display machine etc.

Apple IRP Requirement:

1. Must have prior Apple repair experience

2. Must be able to qualify the Apple IRP Technician Certification Exam

Other Requirements:

1. Must be able to read, write, and speak English

2. Ability to diagnose issues accurately

3. Professional behaviour and customer communication skills

4. Ability to work with SOPs and maintain repair station discipline
