Senior Developer (Techno-Functional) - SAP Integration & Process Intelligence / Signavio

What you'll build:

• Provide guidance for internal stakeholders, consultants and customers with regards to connectivity options and challenges
• Derive and share best practices for various connectivity options SAP Signavio Process Intelligence is offering
• Support our team, consultants and customers to analyze data extraction related issues end to end, from the source system till the target. Execute and coordinate the efforts to identify the root cause and find appropriate solutions to improve the situation.
• Share the outcomes with the team and relevant stakeholders within Signavio to improve the product and avoid customer escalations in future

What you bring:

• 6+ years of overall experience
• Practical and proven experience with the current SAP integration portfolio (Integration Suite and/or Datasphere)
• SQL for data transformation scripts
• Great addition: Background knowledge about ABAP based backend systems, e.g. system architecture, performance, connectivity options and trouble shooting
• Techno-functional person (e.g. consultant), who worked on data integration projects, knows the tech-side as well as how the business processes are executed.
• Needs to have problem solver or trouble shooter mind set.
• We expect the person to be included into various customer interactions, sometimes with the character of an escalation. Hence the person needs to bring a positive mindset, at the same time needs to be resilient against (external) pressure and needs to think outside of the box to identify real root causes or come up with creative ideas to solve the customer challenges.
