Youll work hand-in-hand with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce applications that empower our business. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other core functionalities. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications. Architect and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. Champion best practices in code development, documentation, and version control. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, proactively identifying areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce advancements, certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I), and industry trends. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of success. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and data modeling techniques. Extensive experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and other essential Salesforce query languages. Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs or middleware tools (a plus). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on user experience. Effective communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
