Senior Developer, Flex PLM

As a Technology Business Management Analyst, Pre-Production at Ralph Lauren Corporation, your main responsibility will be to facilitate and drive application development, support, and execution of strategic projects supporting key Product Technology business initiatives. Your role will involve managing technical and functional aspects of various Product-Technology applications such as FlexPLM, VibeIQ, 3D, and other digital solutions, including related integrations by closely partnering across IT cross-functional teams and Business leads. You will be reporting to the Technology Architect, Pre-Production, and your essential duties and responsibilities will include developing and supporting Product Technology applications, supporting data migration and data loads, managing application upgrades, supporting release management, ensuring overall application maintenance and stability, facilitating daily technology operations, working collaboratively with various IT partners for seamless integration of product data, executing and supporting testing efforts, assisting with technical content and execution of strategic projects, supporting domain projects with technical planning and execution, and creating deployment plans for Production Releases. In terms of technical documentation, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and integration specifications. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in PTC FlexPLM design and development, in-depth technical and functional knowledge of FlexPLM modules, experience with system configuration, customization, and interfaces between core systems, experience connecting PLM with ERP, BI, and Merchandising systems, proficiency in Java/JSP/Servlets/JavaScript, experience in applications using Oracle/SQL Server Databases, familiarity with Code Version Control Software, managing product image files, integration of visualization tools to PLM, knowledge of Visual Line Collaboration concepts and tools like VibeIQ, and experience with asset management and PLM/DAM interface. Additionally, experience with the software build process, writing build scripts using ANT, DevOps knowledge, deploying the build on Windows/Unix platforms, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, operational and project support experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to quickly learn new process skills and applications, and experience in working with Projects execution in Agile methodologies are preferred for this role.,
