Description
As a Technology Business Management Analyst, Pre-Production at Ralph Lauren Corporation, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and drive the development, support, and execution of strategic and business-critical projects that support key Product Technology business initiatives. In this role, you will manage the technical and functional aspects of various Product-Technology applications such as FlexPLM, VibeIQ, 3D, and other digital solutions, along with their related integrations by closely partnering across IT cross-functional teams and Business leads. Your duties and responsibilities will include developing and supporting Product Technology applications like PLM (PTC FlexPLM), Adobe CC, multiple apparel/supply-chain applications, and integrating apparel solutions/3D applications with PLM. You will also support Visual Line Collaboration tools like VibeIQ, data integrations into PLM/related systems, data migration & data loads, application upgrades, release management, and overall application maintenance and stability following standard IT and security protocols and procedures. Furthermore, you will be responsible for facilitating daily technology operations, collaborating with various IT partners to ensure seamless integration of product data across applications, executing testing efforts, assisting with technical content and execution of strategic projects, supporting domain projects with technical planning and execution, and executing and supporting the software build process and Production Release by creating deployment plans with detailed technical activities for the target Production Releases. Additionally, you will be required to create detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and integration specifications. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in PTC FlexPLM design & development, in-depth technical and functional knowledge of FlexPLM modules, experience with system configuration, customization, and interfaces between core systems, experience connecting PLM with ERP, BI, and Merchandising systems, experience in Java/JSP/Servlets/JavaScript, experience in applications using Oracle/SQL Server Databases, experience with at least one Code Version Control Software, experience with managing product image files (2D/3D), experience with integration of visualization tools to PLM, knowledge of Visual Line Collaboration concepts and tools like VibeIQ, familiarity with asset management and PLM/DAM interface, experience with the software build process, working knowledge of writing build scripts using ANT, and experience with deploying the build on Windows/Unix platforms. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, previous operational and project support experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to quickly learn new process skills and applications, and experience in working with Projects execution in Agile methodologies are preferred.
