Senior Developer, Business Intelligence

Role Overview: You are being hired as a MIS- Power BI Developer (Individual Contributor) at Waste Management (WM) in Gurgaon. Your main responsibility will be to understand, create, and develop Power BI (PBI) reports from scratch, as well as transform various reports to the PBI version based on requests received from US counterparts. Key Responsibilities: - Possess excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of Advance Excel - Sound knowledge of Power Bi, VBA, SQL, Snowflake, and other DB structures - Experience with PowerApps and knowledge of programming languages would be a plus - Design, build, and deploy BI solutions, including reporting tools - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements - Transform existing Non-Power BI Reports into Power BI - Ensure reports transition and timely SOP updation - Improve daily processing efficiency and accuracy, and assist in automation prospects - Cultivate and maintain working relationships with team members - May coach and mentor less-experienced analysts and act as a team leader on systems projects Qualifications: - Education: Any Graduate - Experience: More than 2 years of experience - Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents - Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts - Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding - Computer Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, database software, M.S.
