Senior Desktop Publisher

• Create page layouts for brochures, flyers, magazines, newsletters, posters, banners, business cards, and other marketing materials.
• Format text and images according to design requirements and brand guidelines.
• Use publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or QuarkXPress.
• Import and arrange text, graphics, and tables for print or digital distribution.
• Ensure proper alignment, font consistency, spacing, and color balance.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, and design accuracy.
• Prepare final print-ready files (CMYK, bleeds, margins, crop marks).
• Coordinate with printers or print vendors to ensure high-quality output.
• Review proofs and correct layout or color issues before final production.
• Design materials for online use such as e-books, PDFs, and web banners.
• Convert print documents into digital formats while maintaining design integrity.
• Work closely with marketing, communications, or creative teams to meet project goals.
• Understand and apply feedback from clients or supervisors.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain an organized file system and version control for all design assets.
• Ensure all materials follow company branding standards.
• Maintain consistent typography, color schemes, and visual hierarchy.
