SENIOR DESIGNER

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating designs that are of high quality, consistent, and in line with the overall design vision of the project and customer needs. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand and refine design requirements, developing prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design decisions, mentoring junior designers, sharing knowledge and expertise through training sessions and documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to align software design with overall project goals, and working with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with stakeholders to understand and refine design requirements. - Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design decisions. - Mentor junior designers, share knowledge and expertise through training sessions and documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to align software design with overall project goals. - Work with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high-quality standards.
